Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology consulting
- Proven expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on societal transformation trends
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and climate adaptation frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
