Responsibilities

- Conduct scenario planning workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to prepare for disruptive futures
- Author annual 'Future State' reports synthesizing global innovation patterns into actionable strategies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to track R&D breakthroughs
- Design and implement innovation KPIs to measure strategic preparedness for exponential change
- Present future scenarios to investors and leadership teams to secure buy-in for transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy with exponential technology focus
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and disruption analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into compelling executive narratives
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0, horizon scanning, weak signal detection)
