Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Produce executive-level scenario planning reports with actionable recommendations for board stakeholders
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks specializing in futurism
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for senior leadership teams
- Monitor global signals of technological and social change using advanced data analytics tools
- Drive organizational culture shift toward agile adaptation and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI development
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with portfolio of published foresight work
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic transformations
- Strong network within futurist and innovation communities (WFSF, APF, etc.)
