Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year tech roadmaps integrating emerging fields (quantum AI, bio-digital interfaces, climate-tech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and ethics teams
- Anticipate paradigm shifts through horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Translate abstract future concepts into actionable R&D priorities
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate strategy
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for nascent technologies
- Present future visions to investors, partners, and industry forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech roles with exposure to exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional systems thinking and pattern recognition abilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Mastery of scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
