Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with SEO research and content optimization strategies.
- Update and maintain the company's customer database and CRM systems.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities in the North Carolina and Oklahoma regions.
- Support the IT department in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for remote and on-site staff.
- Create engaging social media content for our summer campaigns.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and presentation materials for management review.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior status preferred).
- Strong interest in technology, marketing, or business administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic understanding of web design principles or digital marketing concepts is a plus.
