Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech leadership with demonstrated impact on future-oriented projects
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, and biotech integration
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent futurist methodology training
- Published research or patents in future tech domains (AI ethics, sustainable tech, etc.)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (GDPR, AI Act compliance)
