Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems for Project 2026.
- Define technical strategy, coding standards, and best practices for the engineering department.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product management and design teams to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance through rigorous testing and monitoring.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including cloud-native architectures and AI integration.
- Conduct code reviews and technical architecture reviews to maintain code quality.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- BS in Computer Science or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
