Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruptions through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical execution with strategic vision
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for early technology adoption
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track implementation progress quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in forecasting technology adoption curves and market disruption
- Strong background in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech strategy implementation with measurable ROI
