Responsibilities

- Advocate for responsible innovation through policy recommendations to regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- 10+ years experience in strategic technology forecasting or innovation consulting
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and probabilistic forecasting
- Proficiency in Python/R for data modeling and trend analysis
- Track record influencing enterprise-level technology roadmaps
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Clearances for government innovation partnerships preferred
