Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026 breakthroughs in AI ethics, quantum computing, and neurotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical factors to anticipate disruption vectors in energy, healthcare, and transportation
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Manage $50M+ innovation budgets for experimental technology incubation
- Author white papers on the societal impact of 2026 technological inflection points
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or Silicon Valley scale
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable impact metrics
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI governance
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Technology Policy
- Prior experience advising governments or multinational corporations on tech policy
