- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Present strategic visions to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist task force
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI
- Experience with ESG tech frameworks and sustainable innovation metrics
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Gartner Hype Cycle)
