Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic leadership with 5+ in emerging tech initiatives
- Proven track record in managing $5M+ innovation programs
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- PMP or similar certification strongly preferred
- Experience scaling global teams across 3+ continents
