Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, product, marketing) to deliver breakthrough solutions by 2026
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Manage complex stakeholder ecosystems including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies
- Drive budget allocation and resource optimization for high-impact initiatives
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure initiative progress and ROI
- Present strategic vision and progress to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic leadership roles within tech or innovation-driven industries
- Proven track record of launching multi-year, large-scale initiatives ($50M+ budgets)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA/MSc preferred)
