Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on innovations relevant to the 2026 era, including AI-driven automation and decentralized networks.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives to evaluate and prototype emerging technologies, ensuring Apex Future Systems remains ahead of the curve.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures that can handle the demands of next-generation digital infrastructures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex technical visions into actionable development plans.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate partnerships with technology providers to ensure access to the best tools for the future.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or technology strategy.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech Proficiency: Strong knowledge of emerging trends such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
