Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and carbon-negative tech
- Proven track record of launching technologies achieving 2026+ market readiness
- Certification in Emerging Technology Governance (ETG) or equivalent
- Published research in IEEE Future Trends or similar journals
- Experience with ISO 26000 ESG frameworks for tech innovation
