Responsibilities
- Anticipate technological and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030 through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development priorities
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging tech paradigms and their business implications
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate disruptive startups
- Advose C-suite on long-term innovation investments and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning and trend-mapping methodologies
- Strong network with academic institutions and research labs
