- Analyze emerging market trends and disruptor landscapes to identify blue-ocean opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present visionary frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in STEM field, MBA, or equivalent strategic certification
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable innovation frameworks and commercialized IP
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience scaling teams from concept to market leadership
