Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap aligning with emerging tech trends
- Lead quantum computing and AI research initiatives with $15M annual R&D budget
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate 2026 solutions into enterprise strategy
- Manage a 12-person innovation team across 3 global research hubs
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science journals
- Drive sustainability initiatives for 2026 carbon-neutral tech frameworks
- Present innovation frameworks at Davos and CES 2026 summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in tech innovation with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Published research in AI/quantum computing (minimum 5 peer-reviewed papers)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ ARR
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing
- Experience with 5-year strategic planning for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, and IEEE 2026 task forces
