- Identify and capitalize on emerging technological disruptions through strategic partnerships and R&D initiatives
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical innovation frameworks across all product development cycles

- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Track record of launching at least two market-disrupting products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation management
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive presence and stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or industry disruption (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Machine Learning, Google Quantum AI) preferred
