Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ in leadership
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Track record of launching $5M+ innovation projects
- PhD or equivalent in CS, Engineering, or Physics
- Proven ability to secure venture capital funding
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies
- Strong background in IP/patent strategy
