Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap spanning quantum-AI convergence and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams of PhD researchers, engineers, and futurists in developing proprietary IP
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Horizon 2030 initiatives
- Secure and manage $10M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies in collaboration with UN Tech Ethics panels
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into commercial applications with Fortune 500 partners
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Systems Biology, or Computational Philosophy (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years in R&D leadership with proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in future-focused domains
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks and quantum algorithm development
- Experience securing >$20M in innovation funding from public/private sources
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Patent portfolio with 15+ granted innovations in exponential technologies
