- Lead end-to-end development of next-gen products from ideation to launch

- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Partner with C-suite to integrate innovations into core business strategy
- Build and lead diverse innovation teams with agile methodologies
- Secure patents and protect IP for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching market-defining technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Experience with agile development and lean startup principles
- Strong data analytics skills for trend forecasting and market sizing
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
