Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's innovation strategy for 2026, focusing on emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Lead research initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Partner with product teams to commercialize innovations, ensuring alignment with future market demands
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons, R&D programs, and future-focused workshops
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to the board of directors
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching products with 7+ figure revenue impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent future-focused training
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across global markets
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption and future trends
