- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating breakthrough concepts
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial computing)
- Drive implementation of sustainable tech frameworks for future products
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product development or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Strong background in strategic planning and scenario forecasting
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in innovation management preferred
