Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
