Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of 2026-forward product roadmaps
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype quantum computing applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology methodologies
- Author thought leadership pieces on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML solutions to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published research in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and system architecture design
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
