Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives for emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence)
- Champion ethical innovation practices and responsible AI deployment strategies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure $10M+ in innovation funding
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers across three innovation pods
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech incubators
- Present breakthrough innovations at Davos and CES 2026 forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field preferred
- Track record of launching products with >$100M market impact
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks (NIST, EU AI Act compliance)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Prior experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and venture capital
- Published research in Nature or Science journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or C++)
