Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for AR/VR, quantum computing, and AI integration
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape mapping for emerging sectors
- Partner with C-suite to align tech investments with 5-year strategic vision
- Mentor technical teams in next-gen development methodologies
- Author whitepapers on technology convergence and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling futuristic products to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or ACM journals
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
