- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for future tech adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks for emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field preferred
- Strong financial modeling for tech ROI and market sizing
- Experience with agile development and innovation frameworks
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing Basics)
