As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities in AI, quantum computing, sustainable tech, and human augmentation. You'll translate complex future scenarios into actionable strategies while maintaining our competitive edge in the rapidly evolving tech ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps and innovation pipelines aligned with market disruptors
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Champion design thinking methodologies to prototype next-gen solutions
- Manage cross-functional teams through agile innovation sprints
- Author thought leadership content on future tech commercialization strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies
- Published research on future tech commercialization or innovation strategy
