Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and innovation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute future-focused projects and pilot programs
- Present insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting innovation strategies
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organization-wide innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
