Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with proven future-tech deployment
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Track record of launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Strategic planning certification or advanced degree in relevant field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical stakeholders
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across global markets
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or major platforms
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
