As a key architect of our 2026 vision, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-functional teams, and pioneer solutions that anticipate market evolution. You'll have the autonomy to incubate moonshot projects while ensuring alignment with our core mission of sustainable innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead discovery initiatives for emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio with quarterly review cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to the board and executive stakeholders
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
- Drive implementation of 3-5 flagship projects targeting 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or venture development
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services (2+ cases)
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Strong background in scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends across at least 3 sectors
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills for executive storytelling and influence
