Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation or strategic planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products post-2020
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level stakeholder management and presentation skills
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Certified in agile frameworks (SAFe/LeSS)
