Responsibilities

- Drive innovation through R&D initiatives, prototyping, and pilot programs
- Partner with C-suite executives to secure funding and resources for future-focused projects
- Develop intellectual property portfolios and competitive analysis for next-gen solutions
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proof methodologies and agile development
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategic planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation ecosystems
- Certification in futures forecasting or technology impact assessment preferred
- Demonstrated success in securing $5M+ budgets for futuristic initiatives
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption trends
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
