Responsibilities
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis for 2026 technological and societal shifts
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and industry disruptors
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership content on future trends
- Advise product development teams on long-term innovation roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, strategic foresight, or advanced technology planning
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience building cross-disciplinary innovation teams
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
