Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology stack, ensuring we are ahead of the curve in AI, quantum integration, and neuromorphic computing.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of high-performance computing architectures capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives into next-gen machine learning models and quantum algorithms.
- Bridge Theory and Practice: Translate complex theoretical research from leading universities into production-ready, ethical AI solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical guidelines for autonomous AI systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Machine Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), Quantum Computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq), and low-level languages (C++, Rust).
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP) and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
