Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexation problems.
- Strategic Keyword Research: Develop and execute data-backed keyword strategies that target high-intent search terms and drive qualified traffic.
- Content Optimization: Partner with content teams to ensure all assets are optimized for both search engines and user experience.
- Link Building Strategy: Oversee the link acquisition strategy to build a high-authority backlink profile and improve domain authority.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to report on ROI and refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a high-growth agency or enterprise environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and site architecture.
- Tools: Expert level proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
