Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of cutting-edge AI models aligned with the 2026 technical roadmap.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into deployed solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining workflows.
- Drive innovation in prompt engineering and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) methodologies.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with deep experience in transformer architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
