Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI and quantum hybrid systems for enterprise-grade applications.
- R&D Strategy: Lead research initiatives focused on emerging AI paradigms, specifically targeting 2026 technology standards.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of machine learning models to ensure minimal latency and maximum throughput on next-gen hardware.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to translate complex AI concepts into deployable solutions.
- Performance Tuning: Conduct rigorous performance analysis and stress testing of neural networks and quantum algorithms.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust. Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
