Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI infrastructure, identifying emerging trends and technologies to integrate by the 2026 release cycle.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of complex, distributed AI systems with a focus on security, scalability, and low-latency performance.
- R&D Leadership: Guide a team of data scientists and engineers in researching novel algorithms and optimizing existing models for production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, C-suite executives, and engineering leads to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime and efficiency.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI architectures adhere to strict data privacy regulations and security standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP). Experience with Quantum Computing concepts is highly preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
