Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio budget ($5M+ allocation) and ROI tracking
- Drive culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, R&D, or strategic planning roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Strong financial acumen for innovation portfolio management
- Experience leading global, cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
