Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic product leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/tech
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, Web3, sustainability)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ members
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
