Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning with 3+ years in future-tech domains
- Proven track record developing 5+ year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience scaling pilot projects into enterprise-wide solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-tech implementations
