Responsibilities
- Develop the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive trends across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology

- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for global technology adoption curves
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders including investors and industry consortia
- Drive patent strategy for emerging technologies with 5+ year commercialization horizons
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year market adoption cycles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of published future trend analyses or thought leadership pieces
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
