Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neurointerfaces, carbon capture)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor talent in emerging tech methodologies and future-proofing strategies
- Monitor and report on KPIs for innovation pipeline maturity and market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven impact on future roadmaps
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning) and emerging tech ecosystems
- Track record of launching at least 3 market-disrupting products/services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with focus on innovation
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Strong network within tech innovation hubs (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets and managing R&D pipelines
