Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Lead the design and deployment of scalable AI and hybrid quantum computing architectures tailored for the 2026 era.
- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives to integrate emerging quantum algorithms into existing deep learning frameworks.
- System Optimization: Oversee the performance tuning of large-scale neural networks and ensure low-latency processing for critical applications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary algorithms and sensitive data within decentralized systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI and Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in leading AI infrastructure or quantum computing projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for cross-functional stakeholders.
