Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct horizon-scanning to identify disruptive opportunities across 15+ industries
- Build strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and research institutions
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for 2026 innovation portfolio
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or future-tech consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight
