Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum, biotech, neuro interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype 2026-viable products
- Analyze market disruption patterns using predictive analytics
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify acquisition targets
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M annual innovation incubation budget
- Coordinate with global R&D labs for technology transfer
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy/consulting with tech innovation focus
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Engineering, or Business
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend prediction accuracy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience with quantum/AI system architecture
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- Strong network with academic research institutions
