Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop 2026 technology roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 3-5 year impact analysis
- Design and execute strategic pilots for breakthrough innovations with measurable ROI
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into core offerings
- Author thought leadership reports on industry disruption vectors for 2026
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive organizational adoption of future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in futures research methodologies and scenario planning
- Deep knowledge of at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives across global organizations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or MBA required
